I started therapy for infertility and 2 m/c. I only had 1 session and I already feel better – I think because I chose to help myself!

My job has EAP – employee assistance – so it’s actually FREE for 8 sessions!

I highly recommend therapy if you’re really down – I went when I was younger too – it has always been very helpful for me.

Age: 28
Dx'ed with PCOS - April 1996 (age 16).

Symptoms:
~irregular periods
~excess hair growth (chin, jaw-line, shoulders, chest)
~skin tags
~hidradenitis suppurativa
~depression / anxiety
~fatigue
~obesity
~high blood pressure

Current Treatment:
~metformin - 500 mgs daily
~Effexor XR - 75 mgs daily
~Lisinopril / HCTZ (for blood pressure)
