Question I think I may have found my problem. Need advice.

Ive been trying to find whats causing my stomach pain for awhile now. I was surfing the net last night looking for answers and I found something that caught my attention. Its called "endometriosis". I have several of the symptoms of this such as....
1- extremely painful menstrual cramps
2- chronic pelvic pain
3- painful bowel movement during menstrual periods
4- heavy menstrual periods
5- infertility.
Does anyone have this or know anything about it? Ive been looking everywhere for more information. Thanks in advance.

I have lots of information I could give you but rather than going on forever about it since I don't know exactly what it is you are looking for I'll point you to my favorite resources.

Endometriosis Research Center (ERC) website: endocenter.org They are amazing...they are free to get information from. They have local chapters I believe world wide so you can join one close to you.

Yahoo!Groups. There is a group called EndoDocs. Those ladies can help find a specialist in your area or as close as possible to help diagnose you so you don't go through the hell that we have in bouncing from doc to doc trying to find out what's wrong with us. Another one is Goddess of Endometriosis. There are so many ladies in that group. They know every drug I've ever heard of to help the disease as well as natural treatments/remedies/etc. that will help you as well. They are great because they are also an emotional support group. They are there for you on the days you just want to break down. More than likely whatever you are going through there is at least one of us that has been through the same thing.

If you have any specific questions please feel free to contact me anytime. I will help you the best I can.

Ashley
