Default I think im having a miscarriage.

Okay so i posted this somewhere else, but i thought i might get more help in this forum.

On monday i had an u/s at what i calculated 6w6d. There was only a sac and nothing in it. The u/s tech said it might just be too early. And the sac was only measuring 6w1d. So i had pretty much already expected the worst. And yesterday around 4, i was feeling a little crampy and went to the bathroom i wiped and there was bright red blood and 2 big clots on the toilet paper. No more clots in the toilet but the water was turning pink. So I just knew that a miscarriage was starting, so i put my pad on called my mom and husband. I tried calling the doc but no one answered. And they are closed on wednesdays (today) so i thought i would just call on thursday. For about 3 hrs after seeing all the blood, there was only blood when i wiped and it wasnt much. Then it turned to dark brown blood and not much of it, just when i wiped. (which is what i have going through the past 2 weeks) So i thought i would just wait until morning. Now here i am and no more red blood, just dark brown still. So is this normal for a miscarriage to start out this slow? I had some cramping last night but so far none this morning. I dont know what i should do.

im so sorry your having a hard time in your pregnancy.

Thats pretty much how mine started, i spotted for 1 -2 weeks before finally i "passed". i hate that term. When the clots started comming it was about 1 day later i MC'd.

But bleeding is can be common in pregnancy too.

You really need to get a follow up U/S, maybe go to emergency in the hospital if it gets worse. What has your HCG been like?

Maybe get blooded for hcg today and then again later and see if its rising or falling, falling would signify a miscarriage.

Let us know how it goes... best wishes and love.

Hey yea so first blood test i had was on monday (before the bleeding) found out im very anemic! So she had me get another to check hcg level, and it was only 7000. Which 2 weeks ago was 3000. So pretty much a miscarriage is going to happen. But im going again today to confirm that its going down. I just want it to be over with now.

I'm so sorry about your loss. I had my 1st m/c this month at 7.5 weeks. I didn't have any bleeding or cramping, just found an empty sac on u/s. So I chose the D&C so I didn't have to brave out the natural m/c. It's a tough thing to go through. I'm definitely thinking of you.

My doctor never gave me an option. Probably because i had started a little bleeding. She said it was to early to do much. Im actually fine with doing it naturally. It feels right just going through the process. Makes me feel like im having a period. But its rather painful. Im just having a hard time seeing babies in a store right now.

I'm having a hard time with anything Christmas related, which is great because it's EVERYWHERE!!! It makes me incredibly sad. I ended up with the D&C because it could've taken weeks to happen on its own. I'm glad you don't have to go through that, but I'm sorry about the pain. Of course, the emotional pain is the worst!!!
