Default I thinking of experimenting

Hello All,

I have to admit I have been a lurker for almost two years (that's about the time I was diagnosed). Well, I am pregnant as we speak, I'm actually about 6 months. Before my pregnancy, I was using BCP's and hyponidd. Well, I quit the BCP for a little over a month and found out I was pregnant. Me and the hubby are ecstatic. Now to get down to business. While pregnant I discontinued Hyponidd altogether since I wasn't sure of the effects it would have on the baby, especially since iI was in the first trimester. Also, I should say while I was taking the Hyponidd I would get what seemed to be motion sickness while driving in the car. Honestly, I figured it was due to the Hyponidd but just worked through it. After veiwing the Hyponidd ingredients, and seeing all the anti-diabetic herbs that are included I am thinking of just trying Pterocarpus marsupium. I hear a lot of women speak of the d-chrio supplement and I think that's the main ingredient that helped me, being that my test doesn't indicate I'm insulin resistance. I think all of the other additives is what contributed to my sickness. Since I refuse to spend over 100 a month at chiralbalance, I think the herb Pterocarpus marsupium which is a form of d-chiro would do just as good. I 've searched and searched the net and I'm seriously thinking about giving it a try. I'm only reluctant because I'm in my second trimester and really don't want to take any chances on miscarriage, but the baby's major organ development has taken place and I don't really see any harm in it. Especially since I just found out hyponidd is used throughout the pregnancy of most PCOSers iin India. Well, I have found this website that offers the herb and it looks to be labeled Safe Herbs. I should say the reason for my desire to start the herb is because since my pregnancy I have gained some of my PCOS signs back. I am now turning back to an apple shape and also I am getting acne like a teenager, which is a first. There are several other symptoms as well that I haven't seen in a while. So I'm thinking of using this supplement to see how my body responds to this. I will keep you all updated.

You should check with your doctor first...

Also, just wanted to let you and everyone else know that 7 years ago, I was on BCP's and when I quit taking them, I got pregnant right away.
(At the time, I did not know that I had PCOS. I went to my OB/GYN, just to discuss the fact that I was missing periods and she was like, "BCP's will regulate your cycle."
(After some testing, that was it, I was on BCP for about a year and than I quit taking them because I wanted to get pregnant...lol)

Surprise. Surprise...
