Just had to post this. I get home and eat leftover cubed deer meat that I had cooked for hubby. The meat wasn't the bad part, the fact that it was fried was. Ugh! Disgusted with myself, but I will get back on track tomorrow morning. Maybe I won't gain from it. Feel better now.

It's ok, dont beat yourself up to much. One little slip up wont hurt you. Now that you've done it, just get right back on track as if it never happened.
