I did some reading the other day about microwaving food and such.
Basically, if you are cooking a microwave meal make sure to take it out of the plastic container and put it on a plate (not paper or plastic, ladies!) before cooking it. It said that the chemicals existing in these containers can also be in the food when cooked in them and these chemicals can make some of your hormones etc worse.
Also, no drinking out of cans or plastic containers. Attempt to put everything in a glass. Same reasons.

(Also, remember... part of PCOS is that we have chemical imbalances... just to explain it a little more)
