I asked this week if anyone could recommend me a good book on anxiety and /or panic attacks. I found a really terrific one at the book store that I just can't put down and it's really helping me sort out my emotions.
It's called "The Anxiety Answer Book" by Helgoe, Wilhelm and Kommer. It's written like a FAQ. Each chapter is broken down into frequently asked questions and they explain everything really professionally and it's very reassuring to me. They also provide tips on coping and overcoming anxiety and panic disorder but I haven't gotten that far in yet (saw it in the contents and leafed through, though!)
