I wasn't expecting this. I just started met 3 days ago (1000mg per day then I'll move up to 1500mg after a week). I was expecting to get really sick. Well, there's certainly some rumbling in the tummy, but I can't say I've been sick. Instead, I'm CONSTANTLY hungry. And it's real hunger, not just munchies or cravings. My stomach is actually growling. It's been impossible to stay on my diet. But, my weight has been going down despite me eating more. Is this typical with met? Should I fight the urge to eat, or go with it when I know it's real hunger?
