 I wax
I bleached for years, but it always burned so much I could barely make it through the required time. Then one day my hair stylist suggested waxing. I let her do it for awhile, but it was expensive ($40 per treatment) and I had to have it done about every 6 weeks. Finally I bought a hot wax machine at Sally's Beauty Supply, and I've done it myself since then. It's rather expensive (muslin strips, applicators, wax, pre-treatment & post-treatment creams), and I have to put towels down everywhere or I'll drip wax on the countertop or floor, but I love they way they feel afterwards. Exfoliated & smooth! I would never go back to bleaching--ever! |
