Hi Everybody!

Last night I decided to wax my upper lip because the fuzz was bugging the heck out of me. Usually I just bleach it and pluck the really annoying hairs, but last night I got brave. I used the Sally Hansen wax strip thingy. As soon as I got it stuck to my face I freaked out and didn't want to pull it off. LOL. I'm such a wuss. After a few moments of panicking I yanked it off and it worked great! There was only a little bit of pain and it went away after only a few minutes. My upper lip looks so much better! I think I'm going to stick to waxing it from now on! Anyways...thanks for reading!

I just waxed my upper lip for the first time last night! I bought the Sally Hansen strips after reading a few other posts about them. I first used them on my chin and sideburns last week...and last night I was doing a chin touch-up (must have been the hairs I had plucked before) and still had the other 1/2 of the wax strip...so I thought what the heck! I'm so used to having a fuzzy mustache...that I feel kinda naked now! hahaha I wonder if my co-workers notice when suddenly my hair is gone? Do people (other than us) notice these things??

Paxil 20mg (d/c (last dose) 8/07)
Zantac 150 (as needed)
LOST 30# after stopping these......???

JulieM, I've often wondered the same thing. When I bleach/wax/trim or whatever to my upper lip, I can tell a difference and I'm always wondering if anyone else can. I shave the rest of my face, so I'm always wondering too if people notice that as well.

Awww! I am so happy that you like the results from waxing! I just started having my chin waxed and I enjoy it too! The results are smooth and it makes you feel a lot better!!! Enjoy!!
