 I went off Yasmin today to start Vitex
I am so excited. I can't believe I finally did it! I am going to try to fight PCOS a more natural way. I was supposed to start a new pack of Yasmin today, but I started Vitex instead. I'm tired of the mood swings, bloating, headaches, low sex drive, ... that Yasmin brings. I sure hope Vitex works
