When dealing with PCOS...as long as your cycles are no more than 3 months apart...there's always that chance you can get pregnant. PCOS doesn't mean you can't get pregnant, it just means that you have a high risk for miscarriage and other complications. And there's always adoption to boot...so the world isn't over if you can't have one of your own. <3
