Question I wonder if this will do anything for my PMS?

Smile pms

Sorry this message is so late - and it isn't exactly geranium related, either.

However, I've been taking vitex for a few months now and the vitex is slowly but surely bringing my periods back.

I've also been drinking Merry Mother herbal tea on a regular basis, and have had had no cramps and haven't felt bloated at all. In fact, one of the disadvantages of having the tea is that I can't tell when I'm going to have a period, because I don't have the telltale discomfort!

It's quite a strange taste, but you get used to it very fast. (It's produced by Wiseways Herbals - they're on the web and they will accept orders from overseas - which is nice!)

Get on your OTC essential fatty acids like cod liver oil, evening primrose/borage oil, flaxseed oil and don't forget your vitamin E. I'm a real horror show thanks to pms - I call it 'the mean season".

I have never had much luck with them before....but this time, something changed. I started to do Atkins three weeks before my period was due. The amazing thing was, it was exactly 30 days from the last one - that never happens - and it was a little bit shorter this time.

So quack all you may, but for some reason, the body responds to both being done - not just the drugs. BTW, they also help in terms of being very good for your heart as well has helping with blood sugar issues.

Oh, I already do all that and the PMS is not too bad these days. I very rarely need to use the npc that I was using. I was actually looking at aluminium free deo's when I came across that one, and thought it might be good. I have 4-5 other ones to use up before I can try it though.
