it has been 4 months and i have hardly any excess hairs now and the swelling and ingrowns from plucking are gone...
it's well worth it to give this natural supplement a try...

oh i hopw it helps you as much as it has me! i was at my wits end in June because my skin was always inflammed and the ingrowns would become really big hard lumps under the skin and would be hot to the touch and sometimes infected too. Nothing i did cleared up the hairs but i saw the thread about it from BuBu and had to investigate. i'm so pleased with my progress and it has helped a lot.
i totally went to the vitamin shoppe today and picked up a bottle of i3c..im praying and hoping this works for me!!!

Sorry girls, i thought i had replied to you before this!!!!
My bottle directions are to take two 200mg capsules but i take three because i take them 8 hours apart and this way i always have some of the 'medication' in my system....
Also, this is my brand.
