Since we first began our site on January 23, 2006, it has been our goal to spread awareness and promote research about Incompetent Cervix. Looking toward the future we realized that in order to obtain that goal we would have to gather as much information as possible. Immediately we began to plan a questionnaire. Formulating the appropriate questions was a challenge. After months of writing, collaboration, and research, the questionnaire is now complete. The questions are of a very personal and sensitive nature. We are deeply grateful to all those who are able to participate, yet completely understand that some of you may not.
