If I get a good chunk of this weight off by Fall, I might like to considered.

I have battled acne (took accutane) and had bad scars left (pits). I had treatments to tone down severe scarring (right now, doctor is still working on some left over hyperpigmentation from procedures).

I don't have any good acne pix...but the doctor has before and after of scars.

I battle acne on a daily basis (mostly use various Rx from doctor to keep it under control).

I am having a heck of a time trying to lose weight...got plenty of the before pix.

Anyhoo...maybe that will help motivate me to keep doing the Joyce Vedrahl workout I just started last week. I am pathetic (can barely do some of them...and this is without the weights).

Hopefully tons of cysters will post stories. I would love to see people on Oprah.

Did not put details...some details:
-sister dx with PCOS (Minsq on this board)...took her paying out of her own pocket with Dutch Doctor to get proper dx for her
-all docs but one will not confirm I have PCOS (even after I had a cyst on my left ovary 3.9 cm big). Cyst burst...I am on birth control to control cysts and constant bleeding. One doc, Dr. Rosenberg, confirmed dx of PCOS
-I get electrolysis for facial hair...have been going since 1999
-belly fat, darkish velet patches under arms and in inner thigh...
-pimples and black heads in inner thighs, face and chest area

Ok, that sums it up.

Joyce Vedral's tapes and books are great...stick with them...you'll have success!!!!!

Thanks Kat.

She looks fantastic and has the bone density of a 20 year old.
Her pictures inspire me to keep going even though I am somewhat sore (added the weights week 2). She is 50 something and has a body most 20 somethings would envy (I know I covet her body!)

I will let everyone on this site know how it works out and post my before marshmallow pic next to after buff bod pic.
