I want to O! LOL. What should I do? I have a refill for Provera that I haven't started yet, I have soy isoflavones, and I'm on 2000mg of Met. Where do I begin? I want to chart and I want to take the soy to induce O. But how do I know when (in CD terms) to start both, when I don't have AF to measure my cycle? Any help on what to do, when to start, and what order to take what in is greatly appreciated!

usually provera is taken for 10 days then once u get AF thats cycle day 1. after that i'd use the soy to induce ovulation around cd 5-9 and ovulation usually happens around cd12-16. so all u gotta do is start the provera
