Apparently, we're experiencing some 'issues' with AOL and the upgrades (I think this happened the last time, too...)
Tell them to do the following:
- Log off and power down their entire sysytem.
- Turn their computer back on and then get back on the internet. This should reset their IP address.
If that doesn't work:
- Log off AGAIN and power down their entire sysytem.
- Turn their computer back on and then get back on the internet - but this time use INTERNET EXPLORER to access SC.
