Default IGIA Micro-Trimmer

Has anyone tried this? I don't shave my face, I wax/pluck because I don't want the hair to grow back stubbly...just wondering if this is any different from shaving.

I've seen it advertised on TV but I'm not certain that it would work in the areas that I worry with (chin and neck) very much. It looks as though it would work ok on the upper lip and side burn area. I don't think I will be getting one.
