What a wonderful day, I'm back!! Hello girls it's been a minute since I've posted anything first let me tell you about my progress. I've lost 21lbs so far i'm so excited, i've gone from 258 to 237. My cholesterol is now maintained at a good level, I have had consistant mensis, I have had no side effects from this program. I'm energized and im looking forward for once at starting a family. To the newbie's there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
