Smile I'm beating depression...

with the help of my therapist and psychiatrist! I see my therapist biweekly now and my psychiatrist about every two months. I started taking Prozac and am now on 60 mg/day. I feel really good. I was pretty much at rock bottom. I remember once dropping my daughter off at preschool and thinking she's better off there than with me. I feel so much better and I wanted to share for those who are down in the dumps! There is a light at the end of the tunnel and you can get there!

I'm so glad for you! It's great to read encouraging posts here.

I'm on the right drugs, too, and finally feel like a happy, normal person. What a relief! I was "down" for so much of my life and life was always such a struggle, despite lots of therapy and emotional work. Mood drugs changed my life for the better. Go searching for that light and get out of the tunnel...
