Ive been taking vitex for about a month and a half or so..give or take..and i did get AF after 9 months of not having it. AF stayed for 16 days, but thats ok..LOL..anyways, for the past few days...like a day or 2 before AF left till now, ive had hot flashes and major nauseousness....Does anyone know what could be going on here?? i dont know if i actually Oed or not cuz i keep forgetting to chart my temps in the AM when i wake up and i dont have a monitor yet..partly because they are $200 and the other is cuz i heard they dont give accurate readings to PCOS women. Please help..i feel like crap
im so nauseous after AF..what could be wrong??????
