Default im so paranoid

Hi ladies, can anyone else tell me if they suffer from paranoia or is it me,ive got depression and mild ocd, and anti social behaviour, but its the paranoia thats doing my head in, i keep thinking everyone is saying bad things about me, i dont want to sound nuts. does this happen to anyone else.

YES!!!! I have that problem quit a bit more so lately I don't know why. I don't like to go anywhere by myself because I feel like people are staring at me. I feel uncomfortable in a lot of other situations as well I think the other stuff is just from all of the bad stuff I see on the news or read because it seems like I always feel something bad is going to happen to me.

I have been like this most of my life, a factor I hid so well from others, but I think to some it became very noticeable the last 18 months or so.

I don’t know what to advise you, as I am waiting for a referral to see a physiatrist at the moment and the paranoia is no about one of the things I will discuss…

You are not alone. I don't have an appointment til the end of the month. I started taking St. John's Wort to help cope til the end of the month, and I think it's helping me.
