Im so tired and hungry before AF, anyone else?

hI

A week or so before Af, I get totally exhausted and sleep alot and seem to be hungry all the time.
I dont rember always being like this. Do you think that it is related to Pcos?
I low carb but still no energy at this time of the month.
Anyone else have the same problem?

I had the same problem before starting on the met. It seems to have really helped with the hunger and the exhausted feeling I always had before AF.
