im spotting again 18 days after MC??

As you can see from my siggy I MC’d 18 days ago. It was natural and complete, the doctors said im ok to try after one cycle. I stopped bleeding after 7 days. It was only heavy for 3, spotted the rest. But since then I’ve had white/cloudy CM like normal and physically feeling fine.
Yesterday and today I’ve spotted (sort of suspended in clear CM). And for all my researching on google I cant find an explanation of what’s happening. BTW, I have been unprotected I just never get a cycle on my own and presumed I wont get one, maybe presumed wrong (stupid). Oh no. I’m getting strange cramping (not painful) on the left and right side of my pelvis but no other symptoms. Purhaps infection??
Anyone have any ideas / been through this?

Could you be ovulating? Sometimes after a m/c your body kicks into a cycle on it's own.

i went to doctors yesterday, she thinks infection / pregnancy. either way its scarey. i dont get the results from my test till next week.
