dont get ruffled I started Met in the cery beginning of July at 500mg. Worked up at 1000 in July/August, then 1500 in Aug/Sept. I got my first period in Sept I believe, and ever since then I've been regular (except when I screwed up my Met but it's back to normal now). So I'd say within like two and a half months I was good to go

Patience is a virtue on met.

It took me ~ 11 weeks to get my first period and almost a year to get my hormones really moving. Had I been committed to diet and exercise at that point, I think it would have been way better though. When I started eating to control my insulin and exercising consistently, it was like a new drug.

So add the lifestyle benefits to help the drug work better and try to be patient...your hormones didn't get bungled overnight and it takes time to fix them.

Good luck!
