Prolactin overload I'm still pre-diagnosis myself, but pretty sure (after years of thinking "what the heLLL??") that pcos is it.
A year or so ago I was brushing my teeth in the morning and looked down and thought I had dripped toothpaste on my nipple (sorry to be graphic). Not so, it was milky discharge. I've never been pg (partner is female...that would be hard!) and hadn't had any significant breast stimulation (which, wierdly enough, can cause you to lactate).
Blood test confirmed higher than normal prolactin and testosterone levels. At the time they didn't peg me as PCOS b/c I'm on the scrawny side. I know I've read in the research that elevated prolactin is an associated symptom, and even skinny chicks can have pcos.
Good luck and let us know what you find out!
