I started taking Levothyroxine a week ago, and I've noticed the last few days much more sweating. This morning I woke up completely drenched, pillow and sheets included. I had to change my pillow case and completely air out our sheets the whole day--- even this afternoon they were still damp. I didn't have time to wash the sheets otherwise they would've gone in the washer in a heartbeat. It was just so... odd.
Right now I am sweating like a dog, wearing barely anything, and it is by no means "hot" in the house. I'm a sweaty gal anyway, but I don't know that I can handle an increase. Could it be the Levo?

Yes, the Levo is causing you to sweat. Your body is adjusting to having the T3 and is working better. Eventually, it will subside some. When you are hypo, your body has a harder time keeping the core temp up (which is why so many hypo's are always chilled). I know it's annoying to sweat, but it's a good sign that the meds are working.
Best wishes.

Thanks for your reply! Interesting. Well it's good that the medication is doing its job. Yes, my fingers, toes, and nose are pretty much always cold, and have been for years. At home, I pretty much always have a blanket over me.
As I said in my first post, I am a sweaty person by nature (but not as bad as recently). Does my sweaty nature have anything to do with hypo? It doesn't make sense that my core temp is low but meanwhile I sweat (need prescription-strength deodorant and even that doesn't cut it completely). I would think the body would be doing everything possible to keep the body heat in, not cool it off. Is the sweat just something that comes with PCOS?
