 Increasing Met dosage and spotting?
Did anyone else have spotting when increasing Met while on BCPs? I took Alesse BCP last month (after quitting provera) with 1000mg metformin and all was fine, but this month I had to double my dosage to 2000mg and I have been spotting for over a week beginning the second week of my Alesse pack. I don't really know if my body just isn't getting along with the Alesse or hasn't adjusted to the extra Met yet, so I was wondering if this sort of thing happened to anyone else.
