increasing sperm production

Hello Ladies,

I was wondering if anyone knows of anything available here in Australia that can help increase the production of sperm. The other women have mentioned a few different things but I can't seem to find them here. Any help would be great.

Hi Sue,

A good friend of mine researched natural ways to increase sperm production thoroughly. She had her husband on a number of things (this was about 5 yrs ago now so my memory is a little rusty). I do remember that he was taking MEGA doses of zinc, magnesium and vitamin C. I know that's not all that helpful....hope someone else can help you out. GOOD LUCK!!!

I was going to give the same advice as Amy. Also the obvious ones like boxer shorts instead of jocks. Let 'em loose! My DH had a lowered sperm count and we did all the above and I don't know if it was that or not, but something worked

Thanks girls,

I managed to get him on Zinc and I'd also heard Folic Acid is helpfull too, I need to find a way to get him onto the others as he wasn't too keen on the idea, maybe I will find a good multi vitamin and he will be none the wiser!
