Indian Fire Acne

Has anyone heard of indian fire...... Thats what my acne looks like...... My derma. says its a secondary infection on top of acne.

Its terrible.... ! clindagel and bactroban dont help.... and she gives me a pill oI forget the name when I have an outbreak.....

ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

I just wanted to comment on you use of the term "Indian Fire". I haven't heard that in a long time. Must be a southern thing

(I grew up in River Ridge and spent a good bit of time "behind the levee") In my early teens I developed a very bad case but on my hand, specifically between my fingers. I had contact dermatitis (small clear fluid filled blisters) that I kept scratching at. I know...it was not a very pretty site. Honestly, I do not remember what I used or how long it took it to heal.

Sorry I couldn't help...stay with the dermatologist....they should be able to help you.

I'm not sure that I've ever seen "indian fire", but I've seen some huge, nasty, blistery, red sores on my face... I used tea tree oil, and also eucalyptus oil on them. It worked very well. I also read that lavender oil is good for it too... the essential oils have anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, and they also help calm and cool the skin. Don't know if this helps, but I thought I'd share...
