I started taking indole 3 carbinol (I3C) about a month ago and have notice a big diffference in terms of my skin clearing up, and I even got AF 2 cycles back to back (also lots of EWCM), not sure if I ovulated though.

I’ve been reading a lot of post on Inositol and was wondering if I can [u][add it to my regiment of Indole 3 carbinol and evening primrose oil[b]?

Are Indole 3 carbinol and inositol completely different?

Do they target different symptoms?

I just don’t want to overdo it. Please advise
