Default Infertility IVF Associates in Buffalo, NY?

I have only been there once and a Nurse Practitioner there is my gynecologist. I will be TTC in January and I want to know if an NP would still be a good person to see or if I should have her switch me to a specialist or an OBGYN. Has anyone been to this office or know anything about them? From the one time I was there, they seemed ok, but I'd like to know more.
