Default inflammation/back pain

Hi I have pcos and insulin resistance. on metformin.
I have chronic back pain, which i am certain is effected by my hormones. I have lots of inflammation in my body.
Does anyone else have these symptons or know of any connection to pcos or insulin resistance?

I recently found that Met can draw folic scid,B6 and B12 out of your system.
These vitamins directly effect your muscles. In turn that effects your back, pms and other organs like your uteris.

Have you developed worse cramping or leg cramping?

I just started a Woman's one a day and the joint vitamin. As soon as I can get to Costco I will start taking folic acid and a good B combination.

This is also linked to fybermyalga.Muscle pain is also the top effect of liver damage or strain.(Main Met side effect)

Other things I found is....
IBuprofen causes fatigue and inflamation (go figure)
Some pain meds can also cause inflamation and pain(reason some become addicted..trying to compensate)

You can also try a low dose antihistimine to help the swelling. Histamines are the #1 reason for swelling.
