Default Inositol and Dosage

Hi Everyone,

How many ladies here take regular Inositol(myo-inositol)? Has it helped the symptoms of Insulin Resistance and PCOS? What is your dosage? Thanks.

I'd love to hear about this also. I just ordered some & am anxiously waiting to try it along with Vitamin D.

I'm taking 1500 mg/ day. I take 750 in the morning and at night (all at once really upset my stomache). I was suppose to take 1400 mg/ day but I could only find 750 mg tablets. I think its really helped I've had 3 cycles since starting... this is the most regular I've been in over 10 years with out using progesterone of some type. My facial hair has gone away a lot. I haven't lost any weight but I've been eating really wrong. The one thing I would recommend is to use lots of sun screen! You will burn a lot easier. I'll post more up as I remember it!
