I do. I've had it really bad for a great number of years now. I have a perscription for sleeping pills but I hate to take them. I hate it. I'm thinking about going and having a sleep test done soon though.

Oh man, I have it "SOMETIMES", but when I have it, it is AWFUL. In fact, it was a problem last night. I just laid there. At one point I threw my hands up and just got up. I was so frustrated

Omg I know...it's so frustrating. Sometimes I can be so tired that I feel like I am going to fall over and I still can't sleep. More often I go through cycles with my sleep where I have really bad insomnia for 2 or 3 weeks and then all I want to do is sleep for a week. It sucks.

I do I take Trazadone 200mg nightly but I have sonta as a back up as needed. At time I sleep for like 2 hours and then I am up for a while and sonta puts me back down. I know PCOS can cause it it is a pain but just don't have anything high carb/sugar/caffine 3 hours before bed. good luck

me me me me! it started for me after a car accident which set off major anxiety. now i MIGHT have 1-2 nights a month when i don't struggle to go to sleep. i take ambien occasionally and i feel so much better when i do. but i hate to take it everynight because i'm afraid of addiction. i would LOVE a solution. i just can't turn my brain off, and i know my nighttime activities don't help -- reading, television, etc.
