Hi ..i actually bought and tried the herbal system for pcos...and it made me pretty dizzy?! I felt like light headed and like I was walking on air. there were also alot of pills to take a day..which made it hard. you must plan your meals around the pills. seems like you take pills all day. anyhow my skin got oily and I had some headaches. which the website said is normal. i couldnt stay on it too long because of the dizziness. but i have read other sisters were doing pretty good on the insulite and it helped them..some even had periods!!!
