DH and I have different health insurance. My insurance is really good with coverage of infertility tests/treatment. My husband's doesn't cover it at all. When he had a sperm analysis done, it had to go on his insurance. Does anyone know with IUI, can that be covered by my insurance? Or would that have to be covered by his?

Even though both my husband and I are on the same insurance, it appears that I am listed as the "patient" and therefore, I would assume it would be charged to your insurance rather than his. I must say though, I'm no expert.

DH and I used to have different insurances and IUI was billed to me because the procedure is performed on you.
