How many people have had insurance cover any of their laser?? If any, what type of insurance was this, and did you have to fight it?

Cosmetic my butt.. they have no idea!

It IS considered cosmetic and I have never heard of anyone having success with insurance coverage.

I've never heard of insurance covering it for anyone, either...

Oral medications to prevent hair growth can be covered, but topical(like Vaniqua), and laser stuff, isn't.

Of the many things we have to pay out of pocket for, however, laser is a pretty good investment. Most people are very happy with the results.

My doctor was going to look into seeing is he stated I had many ingrown hairs could the file for it. I doubt it will work but at least he is being creative about it.

With the right laser and technician, it's definitely worth the investment. I am so glad that I did it!!!
