I have an individual health plan (I'm a sole proprietor) through my local chamber of commerce. I have Keystone Health Plan East (which is HMO type) and I have no problem getting coverage when I see RE. I am being treated for PCOS & Infertility. I previously had Personal Choice (BC/BS) and they also covered PCOS & Infertility treatments, but that plan was through my husband's work (group insurance).
