So, I've been seeing people on here talk about taking soy? What type of soy? How much of it? Can you take it with clomid? And what is it supposed to help with?

Today is CD 1 for me and I start clomid CD2 until CD6.
This is my second round....
What do you think ladies? Should I give it a shot?

If you have taken clomid, you will want to take double or as close to double as your dosage that you responded with. So if it was 50mg of Clomid, then 100mg of soy isoflovanes. Or 80 to start with. Depends on what's available to you in Australia. Just remember anything you buy that says soy, make sure it lists its soy isoflavones mg. That's what you'll base your dosage off.

Yes you would take it just like clomid.
Don't take with clomid (or at least I wouldn't).
Its a natural alternative to clomid.

I'm sorry, its late here...I didn't fully read your first post. I wouldn't take it with clomid. If you wanted to try it instead of clomid, that's definitely an option.
