maybe there is a link for some people suffering PCOS that may actually be affected because of smoking/second hand smoke. The similarites are uncanny. The link is to a yahoo story concerning smoking.

Thanks for posting the thread! It was really interesting - I used to smoke for 5 years (19 yrs old - 24 yrs old) and that's when I noticed the HUGE increase in my symptoms of PCOS! I've always thought that it was related to smoking somehow!

thanks so much for your post...i needed a kick in the pants.

i have always been a "social" smoker, but in the last few weeks, i have been chaining it up, and my pcos symptoms are going through the roof!

i needed someone to remind me how bad smoking is for us cysters! thanks
