Interesting story about possible PCOS...

Well I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to discuss with the GYN about my possible PCOS...I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and never really followed up with treatment. That doctor just gave me Yasmin pills and I never really liked taking them. I wanted to get pregnant so the last thing I wanted to do was take birth control.

Well Im 20 and Im married so I want to have a child so much so now i want to get to the bottom of this. I havnt had a period since i was 13. I have bad acne. I have extreme facial hair. I have dark spots on my body. The symptoms go on and on....

So I have big expectations for this doctor. I hope she tells me that it is definite that I have it. Cause then at least I can start dealing with it. If its not Pcos then what would it be. But at least I was diagnosed with it years ago.

Im starting to feel down more and more. I try to stay positive about all of this but it is a struggle. Amazingly this time last month I bled for 10 days, maybe it was a period. And guess what? JUst today I started bleeding again....so maybe my periods are coming back, if so theres hope I will get pregnant.

I've been so ignorant not to pursue getting medical attention. But reality is medical insurance in USA is not that easy to come by. You either have to be a child or a senior citizen to get it easy. But now I live in UK, so thigns are looking up.

Anyone feel free to contact me, Im interested in speaking with others with this same condition. It can be comforting believe it or not. And it interesting to hear other stories..
