Default Interesting Supplement Discoveries

Hello again, I'd like to share with you two new discoveries that I have found on the net that I believe can be of great help for us with PCOS or anyone with hormonal imbalance.

I discovered this first supplement today while browsing on the net and it's called " Longevia". You can get more information on it or you can order on this website www.youngenergy.com

It's a longevity supplement that works on many areas to keep you healthy but it's mostly interesting for us PCOSers because it has strong anti-stress properties which fortify the adrenal glands and it has strong insulin balancing liver protecting properties.

The main ingredient in the formula is Russian Rhodiola Rosea and it also contains alpha lipoic acid, coenzyme Q-10, Caucasian blueberry extract and other antioxidants which I don't remember.

I will be ordering this supplement very soon and I'll let you know how I feel on it.

My second discovery is a website called www.customvite.com
It lets you 100% customize your own multinutrient formula and they can also help you if you don't know what to choose from. They have a very long list of nutrients like every vitamin and mineral, amino acid, antioxidant and herb you can think of. When you order, they send you your own little daily packets with your customized formula...very interesting.

Hope this helps!

Question longevia?

Hi, I too came across this supplement today and came here to see if anyone had used it or mentioned it. I see that you said you were ordering it...did you take it? Any updates?
