For the past 6-8 weeks I've been getting pelvic pain on and off. It feels like period pains but maybe a bit sharper. It lasts for a few seconds (up to 30 probably) and then goes. It happens randomly, I can't think of anything in particular that sets it's. Iy goes just as quickly as it starts. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I see my doctor about it?

Then that can lead to endometreosis. The endo then forms scar tissue(adhesions).
When the adhesions attach to organs it can pull and cause the sharp twinges.
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help stretch those muscles.
If and when it becomes too much, they can go in(LAP) and cut the adhesions to release the presure.

Oh that is a little scary. I have those pains too! I didn't know that it causes endometriosis. I'll have something new to discuss with my doctor. I just thought I was crazy.... Thanks for the info. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Yea, I get those random pains from time to time. I would have never thought they could be cysts erupting. I thought my ovaries just did that.
I've never had an US, so I don't actually know if I have cysts or not...
