Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone else has had a medical examination, from the U.S. (citizen) to go to Canada, but they will deny if you have something that will be harmfull to the population, or if you have something wrong that will exceed a large amount of their Government moeny to be treated, even if you have private medical insurance still. Any help in this would be great, thanks.
Are you just travelling there or wanting to live there??

I will be attending school there, and more then likely staying there to live. It just says if u are there more then 6 months u have to have a medical exam, and it is with your history and blood work and all that. :s My friend keeps telling me not to worry about it, but I am worried,
Yep, that can be a factor if you are immigrating. A family in BC were just denied health care for their son (not residence, but health care) because of pre-existing expensive medical conditions.

Blah....this is so going to suck, I mean, how much can they possibly see from a blood test for PCOS? I can give them my record of shots and all but, I don't know, I don't know the kind of questinos they are going to be asking and all, I know they go over your surgery history, and haha that is a bit much as well. :s
