Post Interracial Partners TTC

I don't know if this has ever been a thread, but is anyone out there in an interracial relationship and TTC?

I'm African Canadian and my DH is Portuguese, I will be 32 in 1 week and he is 41....we have been TTC since October 2006....so far no luck, i'm over weight so i'm trying to work on losing the weight now while we take a break....we have not tried any meds yet.

Hi! I am white - originally from the US. DH is St Lucian (black). We live in St Lucia and became unexpected conceived last year. Unfortunately, it ended with an ectopic that ruptured. We have been trying again since Sept '09. I am praying this is the cycle.

I used soy the last two cycles both of which made me O. This cycle I took 60 mg on CD1, 90 mg, CD2, and 120 mg CD3-6. I had very strong pressure in my ovaries until CD10. FF gave me crosshairs for CD15 but I think it was CD10 or CD11.

Hi to all, I'm Chinese by heritage and DH is Scottish.

As if having PCOS alone is not enough, I believe being in interracial relationship also increases the chance of Rhesus Disease (Rhesus disease happens when antibodies in a mother's blood attack her baby's blood cells. This can happen when a woman who has rhesus-negative blood has a baby that has rhesus-positive blood.)

Especially in my case where the Chinese ethnic are largely Rhesus negative & Europeans are mainly Rhesus positive. I'm Rhesus negative, but I don't know about DH.

SandV - sorry to hear about your loss. Wishing you luck in this cycle!
