hello all... im new to the board... my SO soon to be DW has pcos...
we are getting married august 25. Itll be the first for the both of us... unfortnatly it isnt gonna be a dream wedding... but thats not what counts right? Sorry im not much of a poster.. my SO told me to come sign up.. and i did hehe... so here i am.
My background:
I was born in Texas then when i was like 1 years old my parents and i moved to Washington state.. where a year later they broke up.. and i got stuck with this long last name.. I grew up there in the north west area.. where there wasnt much to do but for me to spend most of my child hood getting into trouble (nothing to bad) n gettin big ol spankins along with my 2 brothers...
when i was the age of 12.. i sold my first computer... started on a C64.. and Sold a 386 with windows 3.1 on it.. and i was already giving tech support to some one who was like 64 years old who i sold it to... she would call me every other day and id have to help her do this and that... to me i didnt care.. to my mom and step dad... they where like.. she should be paying you.. and had she actually paid me id have a bunch of money for my age.. hehe which is nothen now... by the age of 18 my mother had moved was living in california with my step dad, my grandma hooked me up with all these old people who paid me like 200 bux a pop to fix their computers cause they didnt know how to do it and i was running my little car here and there soon after i was homeless and doing bad things with some people who where my friends.. i spent 45 days in county for burglery 2 where i was released into my custody... 2 days later.. my mom broke her leg and i moved to be with her n help her out cause my step dad had to work... a year later... he moved out and left us down here... soon after my so moved in with me... she got pregnet... we moved to her dads house which was fun (yea right) then i got a job down here and have been workin ever sence and watching my dd grow (2 years now).. im now 23 and have been out of trouble since i learned my lesson and am finally getting married August 25 this year.
Welcome aboard!! As I'm sure you know alrady, this is a fairly new forum, and we're a growing group of boys here.
I too was involved with computers at an early age, got my first computer (a TI99/4A) in the late 70s, and moved to a Franklin Ace 1000 (an oversized Apple //+ clone, if you'll remember) in the early 80s, and finally to a 286...
heh-heh.. when I think of all the $$ that I spent on computers over the years, it's almost laughable.

I hope every thing goes smoothly with the wedding... though its just a little legality thing but we have been living together for 3 years.. 4 on the day we get married... we tried once before... but the finances where so bad that we said forget it... n put it off... but this time that wont be a problem, and we have actually been working on our relationship... ive been more so listening to what she wants and needs... and actually doing somthing.. and making things work out.
Yea i remember those apples.... they where worse more so than comodors... ahh before hard drives where invented... and every program u used was like 2 or 3 540kb big black floppies.
