hi guys, i found you a few days ago and i've been reading just about everything here, finally registered..

i'm sarah, 27. diagnosed about a year and a half ago by my general practitioner without blood tests. i have most of the obvious signs, obesity, excess hair all over (which makes me feel super duper attractive) missing cycles, low sex drive, depression and massive anxiety which i read about here as being another symptom

oddly enough, it was seeing that others have problems with their sex drive that almost made me start crying and realize i'm not alone

soo.. hello i'll be popping up here and there in the middle of all the research

Hey there! I'm new here too. I just found out on Friday that I have PCOS. I went to the doctor with pelvic pain, and after spending a day spreading my legs for pelvic exams, ultrasounds, a false positive on a pregnancy test, etc. etc, I finally met someone who had a clue. After doing a bunch of research this weekend, it all makes sense. I've probably had this for years, and knowing what's going on answers SO MANY questions for me. I'm not on any medication yet, but this week I plan to talk to my doctor again and come up with a game plan. This group looks amazing though, and I am very thankful that you all are here. It's so nice to know that you're not alone! I'm sure I'll be here a lot in the future.
