I'm new here and glad I found these boards! To try to make a long story short, I diagnosed myself with PCOS and IR about a year ago. Doctors were no help at all. I am currently treating myself with herbs. I am taking Vitex, Red Clover Blossom, and CoEQ10. My menstrual cycles straightened out almost immediately and I've lost weight. I was taking Black Cohosh and quit because it gave me headaches.
After reading these boards, I've decided to try Saw Palmetto, Chronium Picolinate and Tea Tree Oil (for my acne.)
I would love to answer any questions anyone wants to ask and and also would love any advice you can ive me about the herbs I'm taking.

Welcome! Once I stop breast-feeding I'd like to start trying some herbs to treat my pcos...maybe I'll hit you up for some info then! Enjoy soulcysters...it's awesome!!
